Here's what to do next:


STEP 1:

     Prepare and check over the PDF or other files you plan to submit. 
     Know the total size of the PDF or other digital files you want to include on the CD.
     We can include Music Software "Demo" files.  Demos should be self-contained and not need
     other software to run on current WINDOWS or MAC operating systems.


STEP 2:
 
     Select which GREEN MUSIC CD Programs (conventions/mailings) you wish to join and
     place your Secure Order below with credit card payment (V, MC, AX). 

     Winter, Summer or Fall CD programs.   

     If you prefer to pay by check, mail to:   All Things Musical, 33317 Dockside Ln, Leesburg, FL 34788

     Fee is $100 per MB space used by your file(s).  Minimum order is 1 MB or $100.  This
     includes partial MBs as well.

     --If your files total 1.4 MB, for example, you would pay the $200 rate.  Enter "2" in quantity.

     --If PDFs total 2.7 MB, you'd pay the $300 rate and enter "3" in quantity when ordering.

     --If your files total less than 1 MB or even 1.1, enter "1" for quantity and your fee is $100.
